Account maintenance occurs when our customers require routine adds, moves, & changes on their voice or data services.

Prior to becoming a DTG customer, account maintenance was a tedious, time consuming task for our customers.  To initiate a request, carriers typically required the customer to call their service department (often located in the Philippines or some other offshore call center). Then the customer had to navigate the ominous voice menu trees in an attempt to try to locate the correct department to handle their request. Once they got to the correct department, many times the customer request was not done correctly, or worse, not carried out at all.  Finally, the customer ended up having to call in and start the process over again, frustrated at even more valuable time being wasted.

DTG removes both wasted time and hassle from the account maintenance process as our customers simply contacts us and state what they need to have done.  DTG has access to the carrier systems and initiates the required add, move, or change work order.  DTG will follow up with the carrier to ensure the request is expedited and processed.  DTG will keep the customer apprised of the work order status and provide confirmation upon the request’s completion.  With DTG’s Account Maintenance service, DTG customers will only spend a few minutes of their time during the entire process, which is a huge time saver compared to the effort involved in calling the carrier directly.
