DTG will coordinate all voice and data network installations. This saves you valuable time and insures smooth installations.

This includes:

Order Processing (paperwork) - DTG fills out the lengthy forms and technical information so that the customer only needs to review and approve the forms.

Order Status Check - DTG will update our customer as their order moves through the carrier provisioning cycle.

Schedule Install Dates - DTG will coordinate install dates with carrier and equipment venders.

Moderate Installation - On the scheduled installation date DTG will oversee the carrier and vender dialog to insure the service is installed properly.

Post Install Follow-up - After installation is complete DTG will confirm that performance of the service is stable and that the service is billed correctly.
