Jeffrey Dalby - DTG President

With 23 years experience in the telecommunications industry, Jeff specializes in the design and management of voice and data WAN services.  Using his extensive knowledge of the carrier systems and the products that they offer, he has implemented the services of all the major carriers for businesses throughout the United States.  His experience encompasses not only the technical aspects of telecommunication services but also the negotiation of pricing and contract terms.

Throughout his career in telecom, Jeff has been involved with various Telecommunication organizations that promote the industry and the education of their members.  Participating in training seminars, classes and events sponsored by each of the major carriers has been an ongoing part of staying current with trends and understanding the technical details of the latest products available in the marketplace. 

As an active member of the very first generation of telecom service providers, after the breakup of AT&T Jeff was involved with both new and established carriers and has firsthand experience with the formation of what was to become a completely new industry.   Working hand in hand with small and medium businesses throughout these formative years of the modern telecom industry was invaluable from both a technical and business perspective.

Jeff’s business mission for DTG through the years has been in building a bedrock of trust with his business partners and providing excellent service as the knowledgeable and dependable source of all their telecommunication services.
